VisionS a configurable vision solution for many industries

With VisionS, senswork presents a flexible and highly reliable vision solution for PC-based vision applications. Using a configurable framework, both 2D and 3D-image processing can be solved quickly and easily. This system supports single and multi-camera systems using line or surface cameras, 3D camera systems with classical 3D-laser scanners from various manufacturers, or stereo vision applications.The integrated HMI interface provides customizable user interfaces to visualize the most important functions and data. VisionS can be interfaced to all major PLCs as it supports the most common protocols such as OPC, EthernetIP, digital IO, TwinCAT...

Features

Modular architecture: Due to its software architecture VisionS provides the opportunity to implement customized function modules without any fundamental changes to the software. The integration of diverse image processing tools from established manufacturers such as Cognex or Halcon is also possible.
Fast build – fast solution: With the use of function modules, logic functions and flow charts we are able to set up your solution in a short space of time.
In collaboration with the customer we design user interfaces to customer requirements.
GPU processing: 3D applications and filter algorithms require a high performance level. With VisionS we support GPU hardware to process complex image data in real time.
User management: 5 user levels protect the system from unauthorized access. All user levels are freely configurable.
Supported camera types: All major manufacturers including Basler, AVT, Baumer, Cognex In-Sight, Sony, Sick, Microsoft Kinect...
Data storage: All relevant process data such as PASS or FAIL images, measurement results, parameter sets and parameter changes can be stored for traceability purposes. As a database we use Mircosoft SQL Server.
